Losing those last 10 pounds or even those first 10 pounds can be a struggle. So I say why even bother to lose those pesky ten pounds? There are many things to do that will keep you from losing ten pounds. All you need to do is follow the list of ideas below and you won't have to worry about losing any weight at all. In fact, if you follow these ideas you may even gain 10 pounds.

1. Eat everything you lay your eyes on, also known as the see food diet.

2. Make sure your diet is full of fat; you should probably eat around 100 grams of fat a day so that you won't lose any weight.

3. Eat out at fast food restaurants and greasy spoons for every meal. This is sure to help you reach your 100 fat grams goal so you won't lose 10 pounds.

4. Be sure not to exert yourself in any way and any kind of exercise is out of the question if you want to not lose 10 pounds.

5. You must be the ultimate couch potato, sitting in front of the flat screen and watching all those TV shows, working on making a large indent in your seat cushions or a butt groove.

6. Don't forget to eat junk food while you are sitting on the couch watching TV. Any and all kinds of junk food is good to eat for this idea especially sugary and salty snacks.

7. Always wait and circle the parking lot to get the first parking space so that you don't have to walk any further than necessary.

8. Never leave your house, get food delivered, order groceries and other supplies online or get a personal shopper to deliver everything right to your doorstep.

9. Drink all the diet soda you can, even though it doesn't have real sugar or calories it is not good for you in any way, and will make you want to crave other sugary things.

10. Try dipping just about anything and everything you eat in chocolate, that will assure you that you won't lose those 10 pounds and will make almost anything taste better.
