1. Remove the drawers
2. Measure the openings where the drawers were.
3. Find some small boxes that will fit in the openings (recipe boxes usually fit). If you don't have any small boxes, take a CD along when you go shopping and find a box that the CD will fit inside. CDs generally tend to be 4.25" in diameter.
4. Place loose CDs (ones without hard covers) in the boxes.
5. Place the boxes in the drawer openings.
6. Use the drawers outside of the CD holder to hold your CDs with hard covers.
7. I used old recipe boxes that had damaged lids, removed the lids, and covered with decorative paper.
That's it. CD storage space is now tripled.
