How to Open Your Heart by Singing Hu

It would appear that in many of our lives there may have been times we could have been more considerate to other people. I have not seen one person among us that has not made a mistake. Nor have I heard of any one person that has only kind words to say. The opening of ones heart can be so simple and possibility mis understood that we all could use some help. I will admit that opening your heart is a continual process of self discovery and growth.

The human soul is like a rock being polished by the hand of spirit. For me it has taken more than just knowing something to be able to ultimately realize it and consciously work with the concept. To stay focused on the end result works if you know the exact result you are looking for. Sometimes I realize and know the concept but I really do not know all the implications of the end result. I may have read or heard how a concept was utilized and another persons end result.

But I am pretty certain that we as souls will have different out comes to some of the same stimulus. One of the greatest gifts I have received is the realization that I am responsible for my own destiny. There may be a time in your life where you will realize the same thing. People can help you, but ultimately it will be up to you to get where you are going. No matter what your faith is or belief system we have all had to take responsibility for our own actions at one time or another. This I like to call being mature or growing up. As soul we all must grow up and mature. It would seem if you look around in nature the growing up and maturing process can be witnessed everywhere. This is not just a random principle it effects all that exists.

But we need a little help, well I know that I do. Even though there have been many times when I did not want to admit it. Years ago a friend of mine suggested that I try a simple exercise for around 20 minutes a day. He asked that I would sing the word HU. It sounds like Hue. Surprisingly to myself I didn't reject the suggestion and tried it for several days. Those days have turned into several years now. I usually do it before I go to sleep at night softly. I would like to suggest that you try singing HU (Hue). Some have said that it is another word for God. This may well be. If you sign hue close your eyes and focus on the point between your eye brows, what do you see? By doing this simple spiritual exercise you may find it easier to connect with spirit through light and sound. Because as we know everything in the universe is made of light.
