Parties bring together your kith and kin and it helps you to understand people around you. To organize a party, first fix up the date and venue of the party. Next comes the preparation of the invitation list. In accordance with the size of the venue, decide on the number of persons to be invited. After this, write down the names of the persons whom you want to invite. Then decide on the menu for the dinner. If you prefer to cook the food at home, then decide on a simple menu. It will help you to finish the cooking in time. To make everyone feel comfortable, decide on a menu with the vegetarian and the non-vegetarian food. As a starter, include a delicious soup of vegetables. Bread toast and plain fried rice can be the main food, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian side dishes. For the vegetarian side dish, make the tasty gravy with mushrooms, potatoes and capsicum added with cashew nuts and coconut paste. For non-vegetarian side dish, make the tasty gravy with boneless chicken pieces added with cashew nuts and coconut paste along with the paste of ginger, garlic, green chillies, coriander and mint leaves. Deep-fried chicken or mutton or fish can also be prepared to go with the drinks served. Buffet type of serving will surely save the time and it will also give you the time to enjoy the party. For the dessert, choose both fruit salad and ice cream. Always go in for the disposable cups and plates, which will make the cleaning work easy. Always start the party on time and finish it on time and that will really make everyone feel happy.
