The
Well after a long break, I am back! This time, showing you how to make Tiger look like Leopard, using a theme called "Liger".

Liger is a theme made by "Spiderlama". However, his instructions are a little complicated for the average user. So, I will simplify them here so a new Mac user can use this theme.

Note: All the files metioned below can be found: here

Files Needed

ClearDock

Shapeshifter

"Liger by Spiderlama", it is included in the above file or can be downloaded separately : here.

Directions

1. Run ClearDock 1.4.1 Installer.

2. After that is finished, go to System Preferences, click on "Application Enhancer" at the bottom, and click on ClearDock on the left.

3. Uncheck the box to the left of "Re-Color the Dock Background"

4. Click the box (should be black) next to "Running Applications Triangles Color". A circle with colors should pop up.

5. Drag the slider on the right to the top, which should be the color white and close the window.

6. Click apply.

7. Run ShapeShifter 2.5 Installer

8. Logout of your account and log back on.

9. Go the folder where you downloaded "Liger".

10. Double click "Liger.guiKit:" (Note: A window may popup, if it does click continue)

11. Click the arrow the right of "Themes" and select "Liger"

12. Click the arrow to the right of "Icon Sets" and select "Liger"

13. Click the arrow to the right of "Desktop Pictures" and select "Liger".

14. Click apply

15. Close System Preferences

16. Go the folder where you downloaded "Liger" and run "Liger.pkg"

17. Logout of your account and log back on

18. Sucess! If you follow these instructions, your Mac should look like Leopard!

Important Note: If you have "Firefox" installed on your Mac, it may not run if you launch it after installing this. The solution is to open System Preferences, click Application Enhancer, Click the tab the says "Master Exclude List", push the plus sign at the bottom, and select Firefox. You can do this for any other applications that may not work, just replace Firefox with the name of your application.

Well, thats all there is to it! If you need help, or have any problems, feel free to leave a comment or send me a message. I hope this article was worth the wait!
