The Ouija Natural Spirit Talking Board will bring out only what is brought to the ritual. Friendship, love and respect are the most important attitudes to possess when performing a seance ritual. Aversion, hatred and disrespect will bring negative karma and possibly dangerous or mischievous spirits to the circle.
The amount of people who should participate in the ritual can be as many or as few as you like. One participant works better when channeling with a pendulum or scribe Planchette, however, the talking board will function with as many or as few as you like.
An offering of a charm should be given as the spirits are attracted to their power. A wand is recommended to create a protection circle around the board and its conveyor and to extend the circle to the gallery, it can also be used to eject unwanted spirits from the natural realm if need be.
Incense should be lit before the ritual begins, be sure to have enough incense to burn the entire duration of the ritual. Any incense will work, just so long as it is a scent all participants are relaxed by and can tolerate for the duration of the ritual.
A white candle is important for protection; it should be new and burn long enough to last the entire ritual. Never light a used candle when conducting this ritual, it will not provide the proper protection needed during this time. The candle should be buried in the ground when the ritual is complete.
A blessing should be performed prior to practice, it can be any blessing you feel safe and comfortable with, which coincides with your divinity beliefs. Perform this blessing any time you feel threatened, uncomfortable or loose control of any kind. A Bible or Rosary can be kept near for added protection if desired.
The ritual selection aria should be private, quiet and comfortable. Selecting a personal space were you feel safe is the best place of all, especially if it holds a deep rooted attachment to your energy and is somewhat intimate.
A fresh brown egg should be placed on the side of the board, this will harbor any negativity during the seance and should be buried in the ground after the ritual is complete.
A live cat or the whiskers/baby teeth of a cat should be present during the ritual for added protection. Cats are guardians and will protect you from evil. Live cats will also focus on disembodied spirits not visible to the mortal eye.
Elementals (Earth, Air, Water, Fire) charms are used to call the corners (North, South, East, West) to summon the protection of God the Father and Earth the Mother for their guidance and blessing.
A seance takes a large amount of energy from both the mortal and spirit, the chances of a spirit taking over your body is highly unlikely. Do not use the Ouija Natural Spirit Talking Board in an area where a tragic event happened, spirits attached to these places will be confused and angry making it almost impossible to communicate properly. Also avoid conducting a seance in a cemetery, there are way too many spirits there and communicating with just one spirit is almost impossible there.
Be sure the participants in the seance are not under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Skeptical people will block the spirits so only have participants who have an open mind. Worried or frightened participants are better left out of the seance.
To begin designate one person to ask the questions, one person to write down the messages and one person to run the camera/video recorder or audio device.
Forming a circle around the board and all participating members with the wand is recommended prior to starting the ritual.
Linking hands left to right will form the bond, then say a protection prayer aloud.
Have each person place 2 fingers on the Planchette, begin asking questions. Speak them clearly and wait, sometimes moving the Planchette in a circle will build the power needed to begin. Avoid asking negative questions.
When you want to finish the session, place the Planchette on Farewell remove your fingers and say Farewell.
Once everyone is removed from the Planchette and the table the session is closed.
Some spirits will communicate using letters instead of words such a U instead of you or R instead of are, it is important to have a designated person keep notes when using a Ouija Natural Spirit Talking Board, I suggest using a Book of Spirits or Book of the Dead to notate everything. This also give you a chance to review your findings in the future and compare them to any and all spirit communication you may have to come to a conclusion.
Some spirits are in death as they were in life, deceiving liars, some may be rude and annoying or violent. You must question everything they tell you before you believe them. Remember that spirits are long gone from this earth and most do not understand the lingo of present time, they may become confused if the language is unrecognizable. Keep an open mind.
Spirits also have no concept of time so don't ask questions that require dates or time, instead ask questions that will reveal the time period.
Investigate all the events that take place during the seance using your eyes, ears and heart to assess and conclude what is and has happened.

Post a CommentI don't really believe in them, but well written article.
What's happening Roof? I haven't seen you up here in a while...
This is good, I know a lot of people mess with them and don't know what they are doing. I participated in doing it once, and it freaked me out, I have not done it since.
I never knew that the candle had to be NEW... or about the egg either- never about the egg. We used to "play" Ouija all the time. I still have one in the basement.
:-}
I agree with Jenny. Thanks for the info.
Very cool, Janet! I never knew about the candle and the egg.
