How to Have an Out of Body Experience

So you want to have an out of body experience, you've read about them, or maybe you even briefly experienced one before. Whatever the reason, you're interested in the phenomena and what do try it. You have definitely read the right article. I have had many out of body experiences myself. They are quite intense and interesting, and although science hasn't proven their existence yet. Many people post reports and are having similar experiences and sensations while "out of body".

An out of body experience or OOBE is literally being out of ones body and knowing where your body is at the same time. To have an out of body experience you must do several things. It is important to note that once you have an out of body experience the door will be forever opened and you may have them spontaneously. The more you have OOBE's the easier it is to have them.

The first thing you need to do to have an out of body experience is to believe your going to have one. If dismiss it as rubbish or give up all the time, it will never happen for you. If you are persistent and have a belief that it will happen, then it will. You must lay flat on your back with your eyes clothes, and you must not eat anything for a while before attempting an OOBE. Caffeine and other stimulants have shown to increase the instance of OOBE's. Make sure you are as comfortable as possible in an extremely quiet room. Your thoughts will start to wander, don't let them, focus on the task at hand. It is extremely important to not let your thoughts wander, and to "hold it together" until you are out of your body. The sensations you feel will be unlike anything you have ever felt. Do not be alarmed by them, this is normal and you are in no danger. It is extremely real in feeling, so real it's scary.

It is very very important not to move an inch, or open your eyes until you are out of body. This is where most people fail. There is a trance like state that one goes into just before going out of body. It is the state where the thoughts begin to wander and random pictures start flowing through your head. Once this happens, you need to be extra vigilant and focus on going out of your body, without moving a muscle or opening your eyes. You need to lay flat on your back and do this for as long as it takes. Eventually you will be out of your body, and you will release that out of body experiences are real.
