How does stress lead to depression? It takes place when we lose control over the situation. When we are too arrogant to look for help and we don't want other people to give us advice on what is the best way to a healthy mind and body.
How do we know that stress leads to depression, even when we are stressed everyday, well let's look at some examples? It was tested that the simple watching of TV can cut down the level of tension a person can carry at a present moment, and it can lower the anxiety level. This is very helpful in the matter: how does stress lead to depression. Also, a very important thing to know is that watching TV for a very long period of time, or watching inferiority programs, that our personality rejects sub-consciously, can lead to stress develop, and this is bad for our body and mind, even if it looks like we are enjoying the watching.
So, it doesn't matter how does stress lead to depression, but more important then the question is the answer. We must find better, more diverse, more practical ways to help ourselves on a more individual level, then to a global one. The most obvious solutions are already out there, like daily exercise routines, diets heavy in fruits and vegetables, and eating frequent small meals. We must train ourselves to stick to them, and then from here, take action and move forward with our lives.
