How to Overcome Stress and Neurosis

The Absurd Modern Civilization

Christina Sponias
Everyone inherits an absurd wild conscience from birth that is constantly trying to destroy the human side of their conscience; therefore everyone can easily become neurotic. As a matter of fact, this is a reality that we observe every day in our world: neurosis is a constant characteristic in our modern civilization.

It is so common that we consider it as if it was not a serious mental illness, but a simple reaction to all the stress of our daily lives, while the stress itself is a reaction that is the result of our insanity. It is provoked by our lack of equilibrium, organization and sensitivity.

We work harder than we should, always in a hurry, trying to do many things at the same time, always worried about paying our bills, selling our products, answering messages, going to various places, avoiding our enemies, overcoming our problems, hiding our fears and real feelings, and thinking about our complicated personal lives.

We never are happy... If we don't have one problem, we have another... Nothing is perfect.

However, we have to pretend that we are always fine...

This is the way we live at the beginning of the 21st century.

Stress can be eliminated completely though, if you follow two basic rules:

1- Never do anything in a hurry.

Think that you must do everything perfectly first of all, because if you do things in a hurry you may make a mistake and this mistake may provoke you very much damage. Therefore, always be cautious!

Never mind if you waste time.

You may waste time for being cautious, but this will be better than to waste time later in order to correct the possible damage, because you were in a hurry and you made a mistake...

2- Put your life and your survival before everything. Tell yourself that you have to continue living before everything else, because if you die, then you'll never be able to solve any problems.

So, take your time, breathe, and do everything in a very organized way, so that you'll always know what you did and what you still must do.

If you can't finish everything today, never mind. Tomorrow is another day.

If tomorrow things are too horrible because you didn't do what you had to do today, never mind.

At least you'll be alive tomorrow, while if you try to do today what you are not able to, because you are too tired and confused, you may die because of a foolish mistake.

Follow this advice and you'll eliminate your stress completely!

Stress is not a mental illness, but a reaction.

If you cannot overcome your stress by following my guidance, this means that you are neurotic and you need indispensable treatment.

Never mind; the scientific method of dream interpretation is going to cure you completely in a very short period of time!
