How to Make Your Own Dryer Sheet that Lasts Up to One Week

Jeanne Marie Kerns
Sick of buying dryer sheets every week just to keep buying more and more. Now you don't have to.

1. Add one full cup of your favorite fabric softener to a small bowl. Do not worry, you will be putting the unused portion back inside of the bottle.

2. Take a large washcloth or hand towel and place it inside the bowl with the fabric softener in it. Use a fork, pair of tongs or your hands, to get the entire cloth wet with the fabric softener.

3. Once the cloth is completely soaked with the fabric softener, pick up the cloth and squeeze it to get the excess liquid off.

4. Pour the remaining softener back into the bottle.

5. Put the cloth inside of the dryer until it is completely dry. Once dry, fold and place where it is easily accessible

6. When ready to use, just place cloth inside of dryer with other clothes and you have your own fabric softener that works fantastic, and last up to 30 loads!
