Tools Needed:
1. Masking Tape
This is very inexpensive and used to mask off the window so the paint does not touch it.
2. Sharp Razor Blade or Putty Knife
This will be used to cut the masking tape in place so you can get very close to what you are trying to paint.
3. Paint
I would recommend some thing that already comes with a primer if not you will have to prime the window first then paint. It's just as cheap to buy the paint that already has primer!
4. Small Brush
This will be used to carefully and evenly add paint to the window.
How to get the job done:
1. Take the window you are working with and start to mask off the window! Start from one side goto the other and use your razor blade to cut the tape, Finally do the same all the way around the window there is no need to mask off the whole window if you use a small brush and go slow with it.
2. Lightly and slowly brush on your paint with even stokes making sure not to have to much paint on the brush which will cause paint to drip or fall on to the window or floor. I also High recomend laying down plastic on the floor just in case!
3. Let paint dry, Depending on the pain you might have to wait a hour or so or maybe even a day. Make sure you have plenty of ventilation depending on the kind of paint you used, Always make sure to read the warring labels on the paint you are using.
4. Once dry slowly and evenly remove the masking tape that you put on and around the window. This shouldnt take long at all and if you masked off the correct parts of the window your job should be finished if there is touch up's to do you can easily re-mask off that part of the window and do it again and let it dry. This process works way easier then trying to just paint it and hoping to remove the left over paint on the window with a razor blade.
