How to Make Peanut Butter Fudge Oatmeal

Emerald Eyz
Ever wanted to give your children a breakfast treat they won't know is healthy for them? I have the solution for you.

Prepare your oatmeal according to package directions for a thicker oatmeal.

In a separate medium sized pan over medium heat bring the following to a boil:

1/2 cup of water

1 cup of sugar

Boil for 5 minutes, then add:

1/2 cup of peanut butter

1/4 cup of milk (I use skiim, but any can be used)

Stir continually until combined. Bring mixture back to a boil.

Boil for 5 minutes stirring continually.

Remove from heat and stir all but 1/4 cup of peanut butter mixture into prepared oatmeal.

Dish into individual serving bowls and then drizzle the remaining peanut butter mixture over the oatmeal.

Your children will love it! (So will you.) Serves 4 to 5.
