How to Get the Perfect Eyebrows

The eyebrows really make the face. Bad eyebrows can be spotted and over or under plucking is very noticeable. Eyebrows frame the face and to have the right shape really can make or break your whole look. Here are a few tips to help:

Every person understands where the eyebrow begin, but not where it stops or ends. First thing to do line up a pencil or a pen at the end of your nose, towards the corner of the eye. That's someplace the line of your eyebrow should end. So make sure your pluck past this point so your eye brows do not look like they do not end. Also trimming up so you do not look like you have a one brow as well. Tweeze anything between the eyes above the nose. Next put a pen or pencil next to your nose and that is where it should begin. Tweeze anything before that spot. You can let it stretch a little bit more towards the nose if you are going for a more natural look. But too much and it will look like one brow. So establishing a start and stop point is the best place to start. Even if this is the only thing you do, this could help your face dramatically.

Balancing the eyebrows are also very valuable. You want to make sure that they're not uneven. Make sure that your eye brows make a line. Do not allow for one eyebrow to be higher up then another. But avoid creating a straight line in your eyebrows by not tweezing above the eyebrow. By tweezing on top, you tend to flatten the shape, making it very difficult to create a high flowing arch. You get your arch only by tweezing underneath, never on top. The arch is very important. Make sure it is at the end of your pupil farthest from your nose. The arch should not be to strong but it should be defined.

Ideally, the best shape is the natural line that your eyebrow already is. If your eyebrows are extremely thick, a very thin eyebrow will not work for you. If your eyebrows are thin, trying to maintain a thicker eyebrow will be too much work. Just as in hair texture, work with what you have. Softer facial features enhance a thinner, more elegant eyebrow, while a strong bone structure is the perfect face for a thicker, stronger eyebrow.
