I will first discuss what someone should do to save someone's life that is having a heart attack. If someone is under cardiac arrest unless someone is there to perform, CPR the victim may die. Learning CPR can save the lives of everyone you love and hold dear. CPR is easy to learn it takes a few hours of training. You can take lessons at any medical or CPR training institute. There are a few different ways to perform CPR. The most effective for cardiac problems are thought to have been mouth to mouth recitation. Research has found out that cgest compressions have become more effective for cardiac problems. The reason behind this is that compressions keep the heart pumping and regulate blood flow better. Life is so precious and when a cardiac attack hits we only have seconds to save a life, so please learn CPR right away.
I will now discuss the steps to provide proper, CPR for a cardiac victim. The first step you can take is to check if the victim is awake by yelling at the victim. If there is no response at all you should try to start, CPR right away. If there are others with you have them call 911 emergency right away, but if your alone this can be hard. You should not stop the, CPR because the person may die. If your alone though try to always have a phone near you such as a cell phone, or cordless. This way you can call 911 emergency while still performing, CPR and you never have to leave the persons side.
The next step if the person is not breathing at all try to keep their head in an upper position so that there airways may be opened.
The next step is to give the person two mouth to mouth recitations each one about a second long.
The next step is to press very hard and fast on the center of the chest with the heel of your hand. You do this by putting one hand over the other and then press down very hard on the person's chest. You must do about thirty compressions within eighteen seconds. This must be done very fast in order to save the life of someone you love.
The final step is to give the person two more mouth to mouth recitations after each thirty compressions of the chest. This must be done until the person starts breathing again or 911 emergency arrives.
Life is so very fragile you're here one moment and gone the next. This is why all of us should know this very simple procedure known as, CPR. We never know the day or time we may need to use it to save a friend, family, or even strangers life. Cardiac arrest can take a life in a second but with the help of, CPR we can save that life for a lifetime.
