How to Get Phone Information if the Phone has no SIM Card
Ensure that the phone is charged. Then turn it on and navigate to your contacts list in your phone. If the list is blank, go to your phone's contacts' settings menu and set the phone to display contacts from internal memory. Navigate back to your contacts list to verify that the contacts are restored. If your contact list is now populated, at the bare minimum, you will be able to manually copy each contact entry.
If you have a memory card that is compatible with the phone, you can insert it and transfer the contacts to the memory card. This will make it easy to transfer the contacts to your computer or another phone. This is typically done from the contacts or contacts settings menu.
If you have a data cable for your phone, you can sync it to your computer using your phone's software. This should have come with your phone, but can often be found on the manufacturer's website.
If your old phone is Bluetooth or WiFi enabled, you can pair the device with a computer or another phone to transfer the contacts data. Some older phones also support IR data transfer, which would require another IR-enabled phone.
Tip
Many smart phones have the option of syncing your contact lists, calendars and other data to your computer. Additionally, Android phones will sync your contacts with your Gmail account. If you are not already syncing your contacts with your computer, it is highly recommended that you do, as this makes switching phones or recovering lost data on a phone without a SIM card a simple process.
