How to Pray the Chaplet of the Most Holy Trinity

Dina Staggs
The Chaplet of the Most Holy Trinity is prayed on the traditional Catholic Rosary. Many who pray this devotion offer their prayers through the Five Sacred Wounds of Jesus in reparation for the sins of the world.

Begin by making the Sign of The Cross.

The Sign of the Cross:
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."

(To make the Sign of The Cross use your right hand, to touch your forehead at the mention of the Father; the lower middle of your chest at the mention of the Son; and the left shoulder on the word "Holy" and the right shoulder on the word "Spirit." This pattern forms a Cross.)

On the Crucifix pray the following Psalm:
"Incline unto mine aid, O God, O Lord make hast to help me."

On the three small beads and one large bead pray:
"Glory be to Thee, O most sweet, most noble, resplendent, peaceful, ineffable Trinity. Amen

On each of the ten smaller beads were the Hail Mary is usually prayed, pray the following prayer.
"Glory, honor and praise be to the great Eternal God. Amen.

On the large beads where the "Our Father" is usually prayed, after each set of 10 prayers, pray "The Glory Be"

The Glory Be:
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son and to the Holy Sprit. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be world with out end. Amen.

As with praying the traditional Rosary, continue moving along the beads till you have completed the circle. Conclude the chaplet by praying three of "The Glory Be" Then pray the Divine Praises.

The Divine Praises:
Blessed be God!
Blessed be his Holy Name!
Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true man!
Blessed be the Name of Jesus!
Blessed be his Most Sacred Heart!
Blessed be his Most Precious Blood!
Blessed be Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the Altar!
Blessed be the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete!
Blessed be the great Mother of God, Mary most Holy!
Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception!
Blessed be her glorious Assumption!
Blessed be the name of Mary, Virgin and Mother!
Blessed be St. Joseph, her most chaste spouse!
Blessed be God in his Angels and his Saints!

The Sign of the Cross:
"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen."
