God is always aware. Always knowing is the all knowing. All things are heard, known, realized and considered.
A prayer that is not truly sincere will not be answered. A prayer that is not for good will not be answered. A prayer for something that is not meant to be will simply not be answered. What you are asking for may not be what you need.
The prayers that get answered are the ones that are felt and sent right straight from the deepest depths of the soul. They are felt strongly enough to get God's attention, so to speak. When people pray for, or wish for positive things that can help and not harm they have a chance of their prayers being answered.
God considerers all things when considering the prayers that people pray, I am sure. He would consider the effect that the prayer would have on all people involved, not just with the praying person. Sometimes a person cannot see beyond what they need or want. God can. If the persons prayer will affect another person for that reason the prayer may not be answered.
Sometimes prayers that are answered are answered in ways that one would not expect. God will do his will, not yours. If he sees that you need assistance he will be there to assist in the way that he sees fit. You may not get exactly what you wish for. It may end up that your prayer is answered with an odd event or bad situation that produces the end result of that which was desired. One never knows what god will do, make happen, or decide. Our lives are unwritten from here on out, or are they? Maybe God knows something that we do not about our future and the things it holds for us.
To pray prayers that get answered, only pray prayers that are realistic and for the sake of good. Take for example praying for a million dollars. I am sure many have done it before and I am sure that some of them indeed did end up with a million dollars. The ones whose prayers didn't get answered may have been asking for the sum in the wrong way, for the wrong reasons. Maybe they wanted a million dollars to buy a car. There peoples prayers who were answered were most likely praying for God to show them the way that they can make a million dollars. See the difference?
God doesn't hand things to us on a silver platter. He never will. Sometimes we have to earn Gods understanding and trust, so to speak, in order for him to acknowledge our needs. Does one have a good chance of having prayers answered if they are not grateful for all they have been blessed with already? I wouldn't imagine so.
To get your prayers answered, choose carefully what you are praying for. Be sincere. If it is not felt in the heart how can it be heard by God? God is all knowing, always listening and considering your needs. Needs are much different than wants. Sometimes things happen in funny ways. Take care and thanks for reading?
