How to Prepare Tasty Diet Shakes at Home

Following a diet can be difficult especially because in most cases, we are allowed to drink only water, tea or fresh juice. However, by mixing some natural ingredients, you can obtain a tasty diet shake, full of flavor and color! Whether you prepare them from yogurt and milk or fruits and vegetables, shakes are delicious and healthy!

Keep in mind that you mustn't add sugar or honey. Diet shakes can replace successfully one of the daily meals, because they provide a lot of energy.

Strawberries, oranges and bananas shake

Ingredients:

220g fresh orange juice

1 sliced banana

100 g strawberries

100g of ice

A low-fat yogurt

Mix the ingredients in a blender.

Mandarin and mango shake

Ingredients:

220g of mandarins

2 mangoes (cut in small pieces)

100g of ice

A low-fat yogurt

Mix everything in a blender.

Berries shake

100g apple juice or cranberry juice

2-4 strawberries

A cup of blueberries

A cup of strawberries or blackberries

1 sliced banana

A low-fat yogurt

Mix everything and enjoy the taste!

Banana, vanilla and chocolate shake

1 banana (sliced)

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

100g fat-free milk

1 tablespoon cocoa powder

1 low-fat vanilla yogurt

Mix the ingredients in a blender.
