How to Prevent the Common Cold

There you are. Traveling to work on the bus or subway and people are packed in all around you. Without fail, you almost always hear somebody cough or sneeze either once or a dozen times before you reach your destination. Sometimes you don't even think about it. Maybe you're not even aware of it because you are listening to your Ipod or chatting with a friend.

Then you step outside. You're rushing so you won't be late. Maybe the weather is nice on this day. Maybe it's miserable outside. The rain is coming down or worse, it's snowing, It's cold and windy and all you want to do is get inside. As you approach your building, several other people are going through the doors ahead of you. Just before you get there, somebody sneezes but fortunately they cover their mouth. Then they immediately use the same hand they covered their mouth with, to open the door. You try to get through the door before it closes but you have to reach out and grab it so it doesn't hit you in the face.

Now you get in the elevator. A bunch of other people cram in there with you. A couple people are talking about their boss. You know who he is. He's a jerk. Somebody coughs a few times. You hope they're alright. Somebody else sneezes. A few people say "bless you". They are very polite. You can't wait to get into your office. When you finally arrive, everybody greets you with a smile. It's nice but that receptionist is such a big phony. You wonder why Bill is blowing his nose. More realistically, you probably don't care since Bill didn't invite you to his anniversary party. Bill is a jerk too.

A few hours go by and your head starts to feel a little heavy. You walk around a little bit. Maybe you grab a cup of water. You get back to work and not long thereafter your throat starts bothering you. Now you grab a cup of tea. A sneeze sneaks up on you. OH NO! You're getting sick! Then it hits you. You caught something from all these sick people all around you. There doesn't seem to be any escaping it. These people never seem to stay home and get better. They probably infected you on purpose. However, you probably could have prevented it.

As most of you know, a great way to stay healthy is to eat right, exercise and get plenty of rest. This will support your immune system and help you to fight off anything trying to make you ill. What you may not know about is this great stuff that has been designed specifically to boost your immune system and keep you from catching other people's colds.

The stuff is called Airborne. It is amazing. It is a concoction designed by a grade school teacher made up of all natural ingredients. Who is going to know more about fighting off all kinds of nasty germs and infections than a grade school teacher? We can't even begin to imagine the kinds of contagious critters she has had to deal with over the years. Well maybe we could. Maybe a doctor knows a few things about fighting off the common cold too. But come on, a grade school teacher coming up with something like this in her spare time? That's pretty impressive!
Airborne comes in easy to dissolve tablets. I believe they come in packages of eight to ten. Fill a glass with water, drop in a tablet and give it a few minutes to dissolve. It's easy. They also come in a variety of flavors now and they taste great. I choose to take a dose generally just before I fly. I find that is when I was most susceptible to catching something from somebody. However, since I started taking it, I don't seem to catch anything anymore when I travel. The stuff is magical. That's the easiest way to describe it. You can also get them in single dose packets. Don't pour them into a bottle of water though, when it starts to fizz the water overflows. I learned that one the hard way.

Try the stuff out and I guarantee you will thank me.
