How to Promote Fertility, Healthy Eggs, and Fallopian Tubes

Jacqueline Winslow
Are you trying to get pregnant? If so, you will no doubt want to begin thinking about your female body parts and making sure they are working properly. For one, our Fallopian tubes are vital as they carry the sperm up to the egg! The tubes are the gateway to our fertility! We also want to promote healthy eggs. For many people, the ability to snap their fingers and be pregnant just is not a reality. They probably have spent time, money, and resources attempting to conceive.

If this doesn't occur, the important thing is to begin at square one. Learn your body. See how you were designed. Now is the time to really get personal with yourself to discover why you aren't getting pregnant, and what you can do to change that.

First, let me say that doctors are amazing. Having been to an ob-gyn as well as a fertility specialist, I can't speak enough about them. We need doctors to help us figure out what our bodies are doing or not doing. As you learn what the infertility issues are, you can discover how to become pregnant.

That is the end goal, isn't it? We want to get pregnant -- as in now! When that doesn't happen, our emotions often are all over board. We're happy, then sad. We cry, then laugh. We sit on the toilet dreaming of a positive pregnancy test. We pray, hope, and hope that one day we will see victory.

Holistic Fertility: Learn to Take One Step At a Time

Get pregnant quick is on the top of both of our minds. We want to see results. When we don't see the reality of our dreams, heartache often follows. Remember that you are in control of your body, your thoughts, and your happiness. Just because you aren't pregnant yet doesn't mean it isn't around the corner.

Being able to get pregnant starts with me and you. Yes, it begins with me, myself, and I. We can take the fertility process into our own hands and make things happen. Are you frustrated with the fertility/infertility process? You can make a difference.

Holistic Fertility: Eating Healthy is a Must!

In order to promote a fertile body, we need to remember what we eat and drink really does matter. Our body needs more vegetables, fruits -- vitamins and nutrients -- than ever before. Each thing we eat or drink will have an effect on our body. The days of not caring what we intake are gone.

Our focus now is preparing our bodies to be as healthy as possible. This means we need to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. If you hate drinking regular water, drink vitamin water as this is a great (And tasty) way to drink your daily dose of water.

Eating Vegetables gives our bodies the vitamins and nutrients needed to promote a healthy body. Not only will this help us become fertile, but we will have more energy and feel great! If you are not a vegetable eater, find ways to eat the things you hate. For instance, take broccoli and add a can of melted cheddar cheese to spruce up this green vegetable.

Holistic Fertility: Herbs and Supplements

Over the years, I've tried a fair amount of different types of fertility herbs and vitamins. At first in my fertility journey, I learned how important it is to really take care of my body. With that, I learned that by taking herbs and supplements, I could give my body what it needed to really become fertile. Who doesn't want to know they've achieved their fertility, right?

The very first place I would send someone looking to use supplements and herbs is to go to Natural Fertility Info. You will find amazing holistic supplements that can help you achieve fertility!

Holistic Fertility: Fertility Massages

The Fertility Massage that is soothing and vital to the infertility process. When we've struggled with fertility, finding holistic ways to calm our body while taking care of our Fallopian tubes is a absolute must. I mean, who doesn't want their tubes to be operating proper? Only someone trying to get pregnant would even think of their Fallopian tubes or a fertility massage.

I've found that the fertility massage has become a daily part of my life as a way to relax, get my head straight, and focus on what matters -- getting pregnant!
