Wash her face once a day you can use a wet baby rag with just warm water. You may also try a mild baby wash just make sure to rinse after you are done. You may use baby lotion and oil, but keep in mind they may clog the pores and irritate the skin even more. Some babies have really dry skin as it is so a little lotion or oil might be needed.

If your baby still has a case of baby acne when they get to 6 months of age a trip to your Pediatrician is recommended. They have antibiotic ointments you can use to help get rid of this. Your baby might also be having a reaction to the laundry detergent. Try switching this around between the baby detergents and see if this might also help.
