How to Quickly Sell Items on Craigslist

Get Rid of it with the Quickness

Mr. New Material
If you want to sell items quickly on Craigslist then you're going to have to go about it the right way. This means everything must go as planned. Just recently I sold a lot of music equipment on Craigslist with the quickness! Not months, not weeks but within days, and in some cases for more than the prices I was asking for. If you follow these steps to selling on Craigslist, you're guaranteed to prosper and get a pocket full of money!

Price: The price is the most crucial area to pay attention to, literally PAY attention. How you set you're price depends on the amount of responses you will receive. If you start off with a high price and the item you're selling isn't brand new, it's more than likely that you won't get the price you're asking for. Treat others how you'd wanna be treated and set the starting price fair. I will get to "Up'n the Price" later in this brief description. Look online for the estimated price of the item you're trying to sell whether it is brand new or used, then set you're price accordingly from there.

Picture: This is another essential part of getting you're items sold extra quick on Craigslist. Most post on Craigslist that don't have a photo, are usually left up there for along time un-responded to. Take it like this; people want to see what their paying for, especially if it's not new. So know that if you attach a photo to your post, you have a 90% better chance of selling the item or drawing lots of attention to it.

Description: How you describe you're item(s) can drastically change the outcome of you're Craigslist experiences. If you're unable to get a photo of the item you have, then make one hell of a description. Make the description so clear that the buyer can almost imagine it in front of them without seeing it. State in detail what price you're selling the item for and even put the words (Or Best Offer) so it shows that you're willing to compromise on the price. However if you're stubborn about sticking to you're set price, then play the wait game and wait for buyers to email or call you. It's good to put you're email address or a telephone number for buyers to get in contact with you, it makes the process a lot faster as oppose to just going back and forth on Craigslist.

Extra Tips: "Up'n the Price" relates to people with lots of buyers seeking to purchase their product(s). If you happen to have lots of buyers for a certain item, play with the price a little bit. Meaning see how far you can really go before people say "That's sounds like a lot" or "That's too expensive." Trust that you may lose a few potential buyers, but those that stay around will end up paying you more than you asked for. This method is fully 100% guaranteed to work, 100% Mr. New Material certified!
