Funding Factory
Funding Factory is a recycling program who specializes in refurbishing cell phones and printer cartridges. They will reward non-profit organizations points for cell phones and printer cartridges they collect and redeem. As an added bonus, they will send you boxes with pre paid postage so you don't even have to pay for postage. Simply collect the cell phones and printer cartridges, mail them in the postage paid boxes provided and your account will be credited. You can redeem the points you collect for art and craft supplies, computers, sports equipment, calculators, microscopes and more.
Fund raise by Collecting
Several manufactures offer programs that your non-profit organization can participate in to earn money or merchandise. A few of the more common ones, but still worth mentioning are Campbell's Labels for Education, Box Tops for Education, Tyson's A+ Labels and Nestle Pure Life Labels. Make sure you go over the details of each one to see if your non-profit organization is supported. It is kind of like double dipping with the Grocery Shopping (see below). You earn money through your store for shopping there and then earn money from the manufactures for buying their products.
Good Search
Good Search is a Yahoo powered search engine that will share 50% of it's profits with the non profit organization of your choice. This can include schools, charities, human societies, religious organizations etc. You can do a search to see if your non-profit organization is listed. If your non-profit organization is not listed, as long as it is a registered non-profit you can submit it to Good Search and they will verify and qualify it for fund raising searches.
Grocery Shopping
Unbelievably you can earn money for your non-profit organization just by doing things you normally do, like grocery shopping. Several stores will donate a percentage of your spending to your non-profit organization. Make sure you check the details of each store to see what non-profit organizations they support. A few stores who offer this benefit are Food Lion Shop & Share, Giant A Plus, Harris Teeter Together in Education and Meijer Community Rewards. If your store is not listed, contact your store to see if they offer any programs that support non-profit organizations.
As the name, suggest this program only supports schools. Simply collect specially marked caps and/or proofs of purchase from Kemps diary products and turn them into your school. Each cap is worth .05 cents and can be redeemed for computers, books and other school supplies.
SchoolPop.com is an online shopping mall where you can shop name brand stores. Nothing new right? Except when you shop through School Pop, they will donate up to 20% of your purchase to your school. They even have a coupons and deals section so you can save money while supporting your school. What more could you ask for?
