So everything is going great. You have the man of your dreams and life cannot be any better. Then one night in the midst of all the glory he tells you or you somehow find out that he is cheating on you! You feel like your world has been lifted up and shattered. You go through a range of emotions; you hate him and then un-hate him. You despise the other woman and want to tear her to shreds. Then you start to hate yourself and begin to feel subconscious and wonder if it was all your fault and what you could have done to prevent this.

In many relationships cheating is inevitable. It is a true and sad fact and everyone reacts to the news differently. Reactions range from active to passive with the latter being the more favorable response. Those who respond more actively are usually the ones that escalate the situation injure themselves or others and cause the police to get involved. 1. The first thing that you should do is to listen to what he is saying to you. What is he saying? You do not want to react to what he is saying to you right away. 4. There is no doubt that getting cheated on is no fun but despite how bad it hurts you have to remain civil and mature. If you physically lash out on your partner you can face heavy punishment.
