How to Be Ready for Any Tasks Using Color

Color therapy or also known as chromo therapy is considered an alternative medicine and it is believed that by using a mix of color and light it can balance energy and give a person a boost in what he or she is lacking. For example they need more physical energy, or it can be on an emotional, spiritual or mental level as well. This little exercise will help you get motivated to go through any tasks.

The first thing to do is to close your eyes and relax.

Now think of the color blue (which is considered to be a soothing color) and inhale.

Then think of the color yellow (which is considered to be stimulating) and exhale.

Continue to inhale and exhale thinking of the alternate colors for five to seven times; it is said that thinking of these two colors together you will feel a sense of calm energy that will help you get through any tasks.
