How to Recognize Food Allergies and Intolerances

Certain foods as shellfish, strawberries, whole wheat, nuts, dairy, citrus, corn, barley, ray, eggs, pork, coconut, lentils, cabbage and eggplants seem to cause many reactions. If you happen to have a reaction to something, you will find its outcome signs short time after eating them. Some people have rash, vomiting, stomach cramps, systemic breakdown and even breathing difficulties. Your best realization that the body is not functions in its best, as half an hour to two hours ago or after 3 days is your knowingness. You know and feel it mentally and physically as the system goes off the rail. It is act as a poison or drug and overwhelms the body. Thus, you feel sensitive or in other words "food intolerance". Here are some of the symptoms it produces while you feel it; you can consider it as a red flash to eliminate it from your menu in the future: fatigue, joint pain, bloating, congestion, gluten, body itch, constipation, diarrhea etc

Peanuts are especially risky to consume as it promotes Candida and different types of bacteria. The peanut protein found in potatoes chips, eggrolls, ice cream, hot chocolate and various sauces.

Making a diet of elimination is great for recovering the body and prevents its toxicities. Your best test is to eliminate the type of food that you suspicious it as the culprit. If you feel better and the symptoms improved or stopped then you can realize that you had some food intolerance. Then eat one food at a time, from the "suspicious" group every three days, if it reappear you have a good idea what to eliminate from your diet, and this is the best treatment prevention: Avoiding food that cause symptoms and which you allergic to them.
