How to Have a Redneck Labor Day Weekend

A redneck decked out Labor Day weekend, How to celebrate!

The sweet smell of honey suckle and the sound of kids playing and the burning charcoal smell arising from the grill.

Yea, that's right the grill, and a rush run to the localWal-Mart to buy the brisket, ribs, steaks and sausage and all the sides for some casserole and potato salad and all you can thank of. Get to the check out and wipe your fore head thank goodness for food stamps. Now the first step to have a successful redneck BBQ for Labor Day is that you can't be in the city doing this. Nope now you got to find a wooded country spot to make this real. Now that you found yourself in the old back woods get the grill going and invite your mama, daddy, brother, sister, all their kids, granny, and all your cousins second cousins kids and tell them to bring a side dish and some beer.

If you're fortunate what I really enjoy is having a friend who has a ranch, because they will always invite us out to their place and let us use their hay and trailer to take the kid's on a hay ride. Sometimes they may slaughter their own cows and that is some really good tender meat. It's also healthier. They also may have a horse trawl this can be filled with water for the youngsters to swim in. You want to see some youngsters have a blast stick'em in a horse trawl with some water and let them play.

Now that you got all the family here and farmer Joe has provided you with a playground for the kids it's time to turn up the music and get to grill the food. Once the food is done, start yelling for everyone to come eat. This is the fun part because it looks kind of like herding cattle. Now enjoy the good BBQ and sing and dance and have some from with the family. When you're having fun and hanging out with friends and family and drinking beer just enjoy the sun, family, and the good food. The most enjoyable part of this is that you have just had a redneck Labor Day weekend BBQ cook out. Now make sure to thank farmer Joe for letting you use his land for the cook out that way he will allow you to do this again.

Now that you're done all you have to do is load up the left overs and the kids and head back to home with a full belly and take a nap for the rest of the day and relax and rub your belly and sleep off the lethargic feeling you now have.
