Post a CommentAt the time this article went to post, yes, RTC was great. They had a very knowledgeable staff, excellent customer service, and the clothing was great. Ever since late summer 2009, it all went downhill in a hurry. The owners of the site banned loyal customers who blew $thousands on clothing there, only to be told they can't be vocal in their criticism of the changes to the company. Then the owner banned individual IP addresses. Clothing being sold there now you can't find anywhere else because they're seconds, clearly mislabeled, and their customer service is horrendous and insulting. I'm glad I'm not a part of it anymore.

I've had HORRIBLE expereinces here.... from damaged clothing, wrong or incomplete shipments to bad customer service.
Save your money and shop elsewhere!
