How to Re-grow Hair: 5 Step Guide

Steven Newnam
Hair loss is something everyone goes through as we got older. I'll tell you now that you don't have to just let it happen to you. You can take measures to stop, prevent or even grow richer and thicker hair. This is a five step guide to do just that.

First stop using traditional shampoos that have harsh chemicals that will dry your scalp and in effect contribute to more hair loss. Use shampoos that are chemical free, read all labels carefully. You can even buy special shampoos that are gentle with no chemicals and made for hair re-growth.

The second item would be to eliminate excess consumption of meat, dairy, and wheat. You may eliminate these products completely or cut back. Instead increase your diet with 75% greens, veggies, fruits, and raw organic juices. This is of vital importance. Hair growth is maintained by rich minerals and vitamins found in live whole foods. Magnesium rich greens will supply you with what your hair needs to grow, as well as countless other nutrients. It is said that your hair is a reflection of your inner health; thus the better nutrition the better and more hair you will have.

Third there are specific supplements you can take to help protect and grow back rich lush hair. Gary Null recommends you take garlic (500 mg) twice, b-complex (50 mg), b-12 (100 mcg), and aloe vera (1 oz three times). You can also drink at least six green drinks a day for your hair's health and vitality. These green drinks can be powders, liquids, or fresh juice. This is part of his protocol for hair growth. (Null 848).

Fourth, -this will make a lot of hair styling companies angry- give up hair sprays, mousse, and gels altogether. Again they clog your pores and even if they are healthy they still can irritate your scalp. Usually the regular ones are loaded with tons of toxic chemicals. So even if you have plenty of hair give them up, your overall health will be much more secure. I recommend instead of using the hair styling products, use these: grape seed oil, and water with lemon. These simple products can keep your hair styled without so many pollutants.

Fifth, you can rinse your hair with apple cider vinegar. I recommend you buy organic apple cider vinegar. Apple cider vinegar can help stimulate hair growth. You can also drink it three times a day, to stay disease free. Just a few teaspoons with honey will do.

So taken all together these suggestions should help you maintain your hair, and even grown thicker fuller, richer and more lush hair.
