here are some tips on how to relieve your aching body of pain.

.) If you haven't excerise in a while you'll get sore after a workout the very next day so,to avoid that make exercising a part of your daily routine, even if you can only do it three times a week.

.) Don't start off with strangous excerises, like lifting weights, start small with some movements, like leg lifting, walking,or just some light movements,or some arobics, moving in place.

.) After each workout you must strech your whole body because this will eliminate the soreness you will get.

.) Gardually work up to fast moving arobics, and small weight lifting,or some jogging in place,or some running,or lifting more than 10lbs of weights at a time, use lite weight in the begining.

.) Work one area at a time, for instantance the arms, legs, stomach, or buttdocks, and do them in sessions,so manys at a time like start off with 30 reps and work your way up to more as you advances.

.) To relieve the sore aching body soak your whole body in a bubble bath, with some epsom salt which is used as a soaking aid for minor aches and pains, like providing soothing relief from arthritic pain. This product has been around for over fifty years so,if you want to relieve your aching body pain and stiffness and soreness in joints, try epsom salt in your bath. This is a warm and comforting aid for your muscles aches and pains.

.) By dissoving 2 cups of epsom salt in a gallon of warm water, make your bath as hot as you can stand, because that is better for the sore muscles if the water is kind of hot when you soak your body. You will be able to soak away your tiredness and soreness in your muscles, and soothe away stress, deep clean skin and pores.
