How to Remove Cellulite: Getting Your Backside Swimsuit Ready

Nanette Haz
Many of us have had that moment in the dressing room. The lights are shinning bright on you in the three-way mirror. You get a glance at your backside or legs, and pause. The reflection of unsightly dimples, bumpy flesh, or a figure that seems foreign to you is glaring back at you. You may even gasp, and quickly leave the mirror. Are you in denial about the state of your skin? It is common to ignore the problem, by wearing long sarongs, true knee-length shorts, or long gaucho-style pants throughout the summer months. Before you waste your money on expensive creams and treatments, consider these tips.

Diet

Fruits and vegetables, raw, frozen, steamed, and cooked are cleansing to the body. Concentrate on deep greens that are fresh. An easy way to receive several servings at one time is to try a green supplement. Such as barley green, or another powdered, freeze dried, or capsule supplement made from organic greens. Avoid read meat, and fried meats, instead consider lean proteins such as fish, and low fat yogurt, cheese, and skim milk. Be sure to drink water, herbal teas, and decaffeinated coffee to stay hydrated. Do not each pre-packaged or processed products with excessive salt or sugar.

Exercise

Thinking about exercise, when you are not on any type of routine, can instantly bring about a sign. Don't go out and do an hour long workout, once in the week. Jumping around and sweating for forty five minutes, is great cardio for the heart. This may not be the best exercise to lengthen your muscles and help fight cellulite. An exercise program that will stretch your muscles, shrink inches, and help with cellulite can be found here; T-Tapp the workout that lifts, tucks, and tightens.

Dry Skin brushing

Invest in a great quality natural bristle dry skin brush. Use this brush twice a day to gently cleanse your lymphatic system. Test your brush while dry, make sure that it is soft and feels good. Synthetic brushes will scratch, stretch, and pull on your skin. Choosing a cheaper synthetic brush, may cause more damage to your skin.

Starting at the soles of your feet, briskly continue working your way up. Give special attention to your cellulite areas. For best results brush your skin while it is dry, one to two times a day. Finish with an application of your favorite body oil or lotion.

Banishing cellulite does not have to be expensive or painful. Do not spend another summer hiding, under clothes that are not flattering to your figure. Taking care of your body through diet, exercise, and regular dry skin brushing can bring about strong visual changes to your backside. You can be swimsuit ready in a few weeks. Achieve better looking skin, by implementing some of these ideas into your daily routine.

A standard for organic in regards to body care does not exist. The only organic standard there is right now in the US is for food. Therefore, any body care product that is showing a USDA certified organic logo, must meet the food standard for organic.
95% or more organic ingredients, excluding water, salt, minerals. The remaining 5% cannot be a synthethic or a gmo ingredient and it is still highly regulated what that 5% or less can be.

I recently just tried an Aloe & Jojoba Crème Therapy from the Made from Earth skin care line.... I love it. . .it feels just like pure Aloe Vera straight from the plant. And if you look at the ingredient list (which is displayed right on their website), if shows you that Aloe Vera is the number 1 ingredient. No preservatives or chemicals. Its preserved using Vitamin E.. . .its made my skin really smooth, and Ive even seen it have an effect on my cellulite... you can find it at www.madefromearth.com
    Good luck everyone!
