1.)Click on start then click on control panel

2.)Now double click on the internet options icon

3.)In this new window that will appear make sure your on the general tab and find the following three buttons: delete cookies,delete files,clear history

4.)Once you have pressed each of these buttons click on ok and your finished.

An alternative way to remove these files is to go to the directory C:WINDOWSTemp and remove them manually by sending them to your recycle bin. I suggest the first method of cleaning the cache for a two reasons. First, it's really easy and you can clear all of these files within a few minutes. Finally, if a person doesn't know what their doing and they delete the wrong files by using the C:WINDOWSTemp method then your system could be in serious trouble.
