Try cucumber slices to calm puffy eyes and renew under eye skin. Put cucumbers in the refrigerator. Slice up the cucumber using a sharp knife and place one slice over each eye. Leave on for approximately 15-20 minutes and remove (throw away; do not save). Take a cool, wet washcloth and gently blot eyes to remove cucumber residue from eyes. Your eyes will feel and look incredible!

Used tea bags are great for relieving puffy eyes and removing dark under eye circles. Fill a coffee mug with water and heat in the microwave for about 1- 1 1/2 minutes. Place tea bag in the mug and dunk bag until tea has brewed in cup. Let bag cool for about a minute and place on eye. Do this for the other eye as well. Leave the tea bags on your eyes until they have completely cooled (about 5-7 minutes). Eyes will feel refreshed and look amazing. Hint: Chamomile tea is best for calming eyes and relieving dark circles.

Drink lots of water. Eyes can become puffy and dull looking from dehydration. When you don't drink enough water, your body gets dehydrated and it shows through dry skin and puffy eyes. Try drinking 6-8 8oz. glasses of water a day to keep eyes looking fresh and rejuvenated. If you don't enjoy the taste of water, add a lemon to it. Many people don't drink enough water because they aren't crazy about the taste. This trick helps to add a little flavor to water. The more hydrated your body is, the better your skin will look and under your eyes will be one of the first places you'll notice a difference.

Over the counter treatments can be used to remedy puffy eyes and dark circles as well. One such great product is Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew anti-puff eye roller. Before putting on makeup, or going to bed, gently roll the product under eye from the inner corner to the outer corner for great results. There are some great products out there to treat puffy eyes and dark circles, but be sure to check them out thoroughly before using them.

Dark circles under the eyes can also mean you have an iron deficiency. Try taking a multivitamin with added iron or an iron supplement. Vitamins are great for your body anyway so taking an extra supplement will greatly enhance the look of your skin. If you aren't into taking pills or already take a supplement, try eating foods rich in iron for a natural remedy. Some of these include: red meat, egg yolks, dark leafy greens such as spinach, turkey, beans, artichokes, and dried fruit.
