If you have acne on your chest, you have what is called chestne. That's right. Chestne is acne on your chest. Chestne can be embarrassing and can make it uncomfortable to wear low cut tops, swimsuits or go shirtless.

There are some daily skin care tips and products you can use to get rid of chestne.

Here are some ways you can get rid of chest acne, chestne.

Keep your chest clean. This may seem like a simple concept, but having clean skin is the best way to prevent acne on your chest. Wash your chest thoroughly when you shower or bathe and wash your chest after you exercise. This washes the sweat and dirt away.

Use astringent after washing your hair. Shampoo and conditioner can clog your skin so use astringent on your chest after washing your hair. This will ensure that all of the shampoo and conditioner has been washed away from your skin.

Apple cider vinegar. You can put some apple cider vinegar on a cotton swab and dab in on your chestne to clean your chest and get rid of chest acne. You can find apple cider vinegar at your local grocery or health food store.

Use pimple cream. Pimple cream is not just for your acne on your face. You can use pimple cream for acne on your chest. Choose a pimple cream with salicylic acid. Stand in front of the mirror each night and use a clean finger to carefully place pimple cream on your chest acne. Sooner or late the chestne will disappear.

Don't mess with your chest acne. You may have the temptation to rub your chest, checking for acne bumps. Don't do it! You not only irritate your skin, but risk clogging up your skin with dirt from your fingers.

Try tea tree cleanser. Chestne can occur from having oily skin. Tea Tree cleanser can help alleviate the oily skin and help clean up the chest acne. Tea tree cleanser is a mild cleanser that contains ingredients including glycerin, organic jojoba oil, willow bark extract and tea tree and lavender essential oils.

Relax. It's okay if you have chestne. Dress in a way that's comfortable for you. If you can't wear low cut tops yet because of your chest acne, that's okay. Be confident and relax because stress does affect acne. The chestne will go away eventually if you follow the above tips.
