How to Get Rid of Sugar Addiction

Sugar addiction may be the most prevalent addiction. How many days do you go without sampling a sweet treat, including honey, jam on the toast, a glass of wine or juice, or even an outright desert? What's interesting is that a whole colony of living beings is pushing for you to consume the sugar. Billions of individuals who are integrally related to you cry out for their food: "Eat sugar! Eat sugar! Or we die!" I am talking about the flora in the gut.

We grow the type of flora that loves the diet that we eat. So, for example, after a month or two of sugar laden holidays, the flora becomes skewed to sugar-loving'! Or imagine a year or more of eating unconsciously, and then trying to change. Oh, the cravings! You can think of these cravings as an attempt by the colony to maintain the homeostasis that has been achieved. We can be ruled by an entity that is not our self, yet that we created. Why is sugar bad? The pancreas has to pull sugar out of the blood (where it is poisonous in large quantity) and puts it into the cells. In fact, the pancreas gets so practiced at this task that it becomes" hyper reactive." Then the sugar levels in the blood go too low ("hypoglycemia"). So the liver must balance that low by releasing glycogen to bring the blood sugar back up. However, the liver gets tired from this repetitive task while also purifying the blood. Once the liver slows down, you will feel sluggish or sleepy after meals. Another symptom of hypoglycemia is awaking at night and not being able to fall back asleep. (You will fall fast asleep again if you eat a whole grain cracker if it's from low blood sugar.)

Sugar is thought to leach minerals from the body and creates imbalance in the flora. Flora imbalance can lead to a host of other problems, including skin or acne issues, digestive and elimination problems, and even arthritis and chronic inexplicable pain syndromes (due to the cascade that comes from a toxic gut and lymphatic system). Fortunately, there is hope. The combination of two pro-biotic products has the ability to make a quick turnaround in the balance of the gut by eliminating the sugar loving flora.

One woman who ate a pound of chocolate every day for years said she had tried to quit so she had no hope that the protocol many times that would work, but would try it based on my strong recommendation. Her cravings stopped, and so did the chocolate-eating. She was astonished.
