How to Save Your Home Now: Don't Pay for This Service when There is Hope!

"Mortgage Loan Modification" has been a phrase that has come up more and more in these stressed times. Homeowners are trying any avenue to save their home in the economic crisis. Finding myself in this bleak situation, I did some research.

First, I responded to a mass email that was probably sent to everyone in America. I filled out all your pertinent information, name, address, phone number, etc. Next, I received an overwhelming number of phone calls from all kinds of "mortgage experts". Whow! How did we get in such a "housing crisis" with so many "experts" around? This got me to thinking " Why should I pay some company, when I'm already in a money crunch"? So, next I think "can I do this myself"? Well, that opened up a whole another can of "experts"!

For your credit card payment of $49.95, $69.95 or $105.95, "I will send you all you need to know about doing your own Loan Modification"! Please, $49.95 can feed us at this point for a week! I'm thinking is there no end to these "bottom feeders"! So, I'm back at the computor looking and looking for someone who can give me at least some solid information on how to approach my Mortgage company. And there it was-HOPE!

The actually site you need to go to www.995hope.org . This is the site for the Homeownership Preservation Foundation or you can call 1-888-995-HOPE. These really are "experts". They are independent nonprofit experts in forclosure prevention. They are HUD approved counselors who will set up a plan of action with you and your mortgage company and won't charge a dime! This site also has many other helpful links. I suggest you go to, or call this site before you speak to any other so called "mortgage experts of profit". They have been life savers to me and my family.

In closing, I am in no way associated with this foundation, other than, seeking their help. I am a true American, in a true crisis-I guess you could call me the "economic crisis poster child"!
