Planting your own vegetables and fruits can help you save money from buying them in the market. For making the vegetables and fruits stronger, you just have to bury the eggshells or pour the expired milk to nourish the soil.
Tip No.2 Be creative! If an item runs out before your next tour to the grocery store, use what you have on hand. For example, you can use beef to replace pork for cooking with potatoes; you can use red onions to replace the green onions for making salad dressing.
Tip No.3 Remove meat from your meal once or twice per week and replace it with a plate of pasta or legumes. In this way, you can save some money from buying meat and it's good for your health.
Tip No.4 Buy your fruits and vegetables from outdoor markets or directly from local farmers. Since the local farmers don't have to pay a lot for transporting their products, they sell their products at a lower price than other imported products.
Tip No.5 Avoid buying artificial products and those containing several chemical elements. Don't buy prepared meat, but prepare it buy yourself. Then you don't have to pay the processing fee.
Tip No.6 When you go traveling, choose youth hostels whose cost is lower than normal hotels and most youth hostels provide the kitchens where allow you to prepare simple food for yourself.
Tip No.7 Write to your friends or family regularly instead of paying long-distance phone calls. If you want to be more modern, you can use email, Skype audio or webcam to communicate with your relatives and friends.
Tip No.8 Choose a hobby that does not require you to make long-distance trips or spend a lot of money for sophisticated equipments. For example, you can do jogging or ride bike on weekends.
