1) Greasemonkey, an addon for Mozilla Firefox - get it free here
2) FLV Player , a interactive media player - get it free here
Instructions
1) Install Greasemonkey onto your Firefox browser by clicking on the download link at the link above.
2) Restart Firefox.
2) Now, every time you watch a Youtube video, there should be a little red bar at the top of your window that says "Save As to download flash video".
3) Rightclick that option and click "Save link as".
4) Save it to whatever name you want, but add on the extension of ".flv" at the end of the name.
5) Download FLV Player at the link above.
6) Install it onto your computer.
7) Now open FLV Player, click File > Open, and find the video file you just downloaded and named.
Voila. Now you can download all those online flash videos, accessible to view at a later date.

for example ( my_video.flv )

I recommend VLC player
it didnt work for me, got greasemonkey but there is no red bar :( need help
