To Taste Salt and Pepper
4 TBS Butter or Butter Substitute
1 pound Sea Scallops
1/2 lemon Lemon Juice
4 ounces Herbs (i.e. parsley)

Sear Scallops
Sear scallops on one side for four minutes.4
Turn the Scallops
Flip each scallop over before adding the lemon juice and herbs, and fry for another three minutes.5
Add Butter
Remove the pan from heat and add butter. Stir the butter around the scallops slowly.Tip
