Extended Eprofiles may be very familiar with cell phone users. However, there are many functions and application of this program that you may not know. Extended Eprofiles can help you to change theme automatically, lock your keypad, turn off, or run an application in a set-up time. Therefore, your cell phone will be less boring because it always renews itself.
You can download Extended Eprofiles. It is only 250 KB. Extended Eprofiles is compatible for Symbian cell phones, series 60: N3230, N3650, N3660, N6260, N6600, N6670, N6680, N6681, N7610, N70, N90, N-Gage, N-Gage QD, Samsung D720, Siemens SX1, Panasonic X800...
After downloading, you have copy *.sis file into the micro SD card of your cell phone. Then, go to your cell phones and find the File Manager options (normally occurs in Tools>File Manager) to install the program. After installing, Extended Eprofiles will appear in the main menu of your cell phone. You can use this program directly from there.
In the main appearance of this program, Profiles tab will provides you 6 Profiles. They are general, silent, meeting, outdoor, pager and new profiles. You can pick one of them and go options>personalize>advanced. The program will give you some options:
Theme: allow you to change theme in your phone memory.
Background Image: find an image in your cell phone as background.
Screen Saver: assist you with screen saver mode.
Clock Alarm Tone: find an audio file in your cell phone to choose at alarm sound.
Autolock Keypad: lock your keypad in a set-up time.
Bluetooth: activate or de-activate your Bluetooth.
After setting up your profile, you can go to Schedules tab to set up time to run each profile as you want. Go options>New schedule. This will give you a list of action:
Start time: set up the time to begin a schedule.
Switch to Profiles: pick one of 6 Profiles you have already set up or choose power off to turn off your computer.
When: you can set every day or selected day.
End time: set up time to end a schedule.
You should set up the starting time and ending time of a schedule. The more schedule you set, the more adequate your cell phone will become. I set my cell phone to silent mode in the time I am at school, normal mode while I am at home...However, you should be careful not to set schedules at the same time. Also, if you have a slow-speed cell phone, do not set up too many schedules.
