Today stress causes a lot of the health problems that people deal with in their day to day life. For instance, there are rashes that can be cause by stress alone. This shows that stress has a real biological effect on people who are experiencing. Your body is also known for accumulating toxins when it is stressed because it causes people with normal appetite to binge eat in an effort to deal with the stress. To do the 7 day Detox means that you are ridding your body of these life effecting toxins. It's a chance to start over anew. It is not that difficult to accomplish either.
The diet requires you to eat primarily fruits and vegetables. Fresh organic produce is the best but if you can only afford the canned variety then that will be just fine. There is some big foods that are completely outlawed on the 7 day detox diet. These include soda, chocolate, meat, coffee, and eggs. Also you should stop eating all processed food; processed food will often come in box and have a list of big names under its ingredient list. If you can't tell if something is allowed or not on the 7 day detox plan then just consider if it vegan or not. Stick with raw vegan foods for the 7 days and you will not be underwhelmed at the results that you receive.
After seven days on this diet you might notice a drop in weight. This is caused by the restriction in calories that is naturally put on your body when you only eat natural, vegan foods. It is just harder to eat 2,000 calories when you are munching on carrot sticks and strawberries. You might see that your mood will get better as your body frees itself from unnecessary metals. The best thing about this diet is that it serves as a shake to your etch-a-sketch. In other words, you are going to be able to come right out of the gate and start with new habits that will lead to a better happier you.
