How to Have a Sexy Neck at Any Age

You Can Get that Young Looking Neck Back

I know that you have seen it on many women , maybe you even have noticed the saggy neck skin on the women in your family and think, there is no way that my neck will look like that ! but, if you aren't careful, there is a good chance that your neck will look old before your face does.

Your neck doesn't have to start looking old but you had better take some action or it will . The skin on your neck is quiet different then the skin on your face, it doesn't have the bone structure to stretch the skin over and can really get loose fast.

If you really look at your neck you will see that the tissue under the chin collects fat if you aren't careful. You don't want to do the big weight gain then the big wieght loss much because this will cause you to have a double chin.
The first thing you want to do is ensure that your diet is high in fibre and low in fat. Make sure your diet is also low in calories, but make sure that eat your fair share of vegetables and fruit. This will help reduce the number of fat deposits that will settle under your chin. In other words the getting chubby, then getting skinny is not good at all for the skin under your neck.

Facial exercises will work to tighten your skin on your neck but they need to be done every day at first then you can drop down to three times a week. You will be surprised at how wonderful your neck will look in a couple of weeks, your neck will already show signs of firmer skin.

I really advise doing these exercises alone, to keep from feeling silly and then give up.

Neck and throat exercises

1) Sit straight and upright, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling, while keeping your lips tightly closed then relaxed. Start puckering your lips together as in a kiss and the kiss at the ceiling. Keep your lips puckered for 10 counts, then relax, bring your head back to normal ... repeat this 5 to 10 times.

2) Lie flat on your bed, let your head hang down over the edge. Slowly lifting your head towards your torso and keep it there for 10 counts. Relax and lower your head towards the floor again...repeat this 5 to 10 times.

3) Sit straight and upright, tilt your head back while looking at the ceiling, while you keep your lips tightly closed then relaxed. Open your lips and stick your tongue out as if you were trying to touch your nose with the tip of your tongue. Keep your tongue out in this position for 10 counts...relax and repeat 5 times.

4) Sit straight and upright, tilt your head back while looking at the ceiling, while keeping your lips closed tight, then relaxed, next move your lower lip over the top lip as far as possible and keep it there for a count of 5..relax and repeat 5 times.

5) Sit Straight and upright,Tilt your head back while looking at the ceiling, keep your lips tightly closed and then start chewing movements...repeat this 10-20 times

6) Sit Straight and upright, Open your mouth as wide as your can and pull your bottom lip over your bottom teeth. Move your jaw up and down as if you are trying to scoop something into your mouth...repeat 10 times.

If you do these tips regularly , you will be amazed at the results..Don't give up now !

Tips for a younger looking neck

1) Ok, say you are relaxing in your den watching tv, take note of your position, do you tend to lowere your chin toward your chest? Did you know that if you continue with this habit, your neck will eventually develop fine lines and the skin will start to sag. Try to keep that chin up...at all time..

2) Ok, so you buy all that fancy stuff for your face, you know the mask, exfoliate and creams. When you do this good stuff to your face, do the same treatment, gently to your neck.very gently...

3) Stength training isn't just for your body, Did you know that your neck can also benefit from this and will cause your neck to develop muscle and improve its mobility. So, pump that iron..

4) Massage your neck yourself if you can't get it done by a professional. Just add a little moisturizer to your finger tips and massage your neck in an upwards motion. Doing this will stimulate blood circulation in the neck resulting in more blood at the surface. You will love this ...

5) If you sleep on more then one pillow then it is really time to stop this now, because you probally end up sleeping with a curved neck. By sleeping on a flat pillow your neck is more likely to remain elongated throughout the night. If you curl your neck down to your chest while you sleep, your neck will eventually wrinkle prematurely, but by lowering your pillow or using no pillow at all, you will notice that your desire to curl your chin will subside. So, try to sleep with no pillow!..or a flatter pillow..I know this won't be as comfortable, but you will get use to it after awhile...

It is really sad to see someone that spends so much time and money on the care of the skin on the face but then neglect the neck only to have this pretty face that you can't hardly notice because of the much older looking saggy neck skin.

If you follow these simple little exercises and take care of your neck, you will be wearing your hair up in a pony tail or getting a cute short hair style just show off your new gorgeous young looking neck!

    I am so glad I found this article of yours. I have always had a very young looking neck. Lately, I noticed some of the signs you were writing about. I refuse to have a turkey neck. No matter how nice looking someone is, when there neck starts to go it looks terrible. Did you ever notice Erica's neck on All My Children? It really takes away form her beauty.
