How to Shave Your Legs During Pregnancy the Easy Way

Shaving Your Legs During Pregnancy Can Be Hard at Times

Jeanne Marie Kerns
Every pregnant woman knows that shaving your legs during your last trimester can be extremely difficult to do, if you don't do it right.

Get the most comfortable chair in the house that is movable. Make sure that someone else moves it in the bathroom for you, right in front of the bathtub, so that you can sit and your legs reach inside the bathtub comfortably.

Fill up the bucket with nice, warm, soapy water. Be sure the water isn't to hot, but just right. For extra smoothness, add some vitamin E oil to the water. Works wonders.

Get all your necessities ready to begin shaving your legs. Soap, shaving cream, cream and shaver. I recommend only using shaving cream, since soap does dry out your skin immensely.

Place your legs either inside the bathtub or on the side of the bathtub, whichever you are more comfortable with. Make sure you are not straining yourself in anyway. If you need a pillow to prop your legs up, then by all means use one.

Now without straining yourself, start to wet your legs and lather them up. Once you have done this, begin to shave your legs like you would if you were not pregnant. Once done, rinse, cream and start on the other leg. Repeat this process until you are through with your pregnancy.
