1. Tamarind
It is the best facial herbal treatment you can get and in the comfort of your home; and darling it is cheap too. Mix some milk in tamarind power to make a paste. Apply it on your face before going to bed. Keep it on your face for half to one hour. Then wash it. Twice a week is good for you. In case you are busy do apply once a week.
The creams and colours of big companies you use to paint your face will actually damage your skin and cause wrinkles in future.
2. Meditation and Yoga
You can do meditation once or twice a day. It will keep you relaxed and strengthen your immune system. But you need to learn Yoga from an expert. Simple exercises can be learnt from a good book too.
3. Green Vegetables
Every good physician advises it. You get enough intake of vitamins and minerals. It is also good for your digestive system. A healthy digestion gives boost to the glow of your face.
4. No Cigarette or Alcohol
Please avoid these ghosts as much as you can. They are biggest enemies of your face and beauty. By doing meditation and yoga you won't actually have any desire for them.
5. Rest
Proper rest is absolutely necessary. Keep yourself off from work once a week. Enjoy music, have fun, gossip with friends, go for picnics, roar with laughter and do anything you like to do - but no work please do sleep for sever hours daily.
If you follow the above instruction you will defintely get a wonderful and glowing face which will attract everybody. And won't you be happier then?
