How to Lose Weight and Not Realize Your Eating Healthy

Amanda
I searched the stores many times to find the best foods to help keep my middle thin and my body healthy. With the help of a nutritionist and some magazine articles I have discovered the best foods and drinks to keep me thin and healthy.

Starting to day off yogurt or fruit is the best way to go, its has no fat and its good for the digestion. I am a cereal person myself and the best cereal to by out there is Amy's Organic Bowls Steel Cut Oats Hot Cereal, steel oats take longer to good but has double the nutrition. So always look for steel oats. This can be made in the microwave and has 220 calories, ok a lot for the morning but you should get more of your calories in the morning so you can get through the day. Here is way what makes it a good breakfast is has five grams of fiber and six grams of protein per bowl. Keeping protein and fiber up in your diet will lead not only to a healthy you but a skinnier you. Protein builds muscles which burn fat and fiber keeps your digestion which keeps anything from building up and bloating your stomach.

Next I found out last of people drink their weight. Smoothies seem healthy but can pack a punch in calories. But there is one healthy one you can try Naked Juice Probiotic Tropical Mango !00% Juice Smoothie. It has probiotic which keep digestion going, it is 100% fruit juice which means your getting your serving of fruit for the day and there is no added sugars. It actually supplies you with a days worth of vitamin C per bottle and is only 180 calories. Sodas will just add and add on the calories so avoid sodas at all cost. Trying to drink tons of water is the best way to go. But I am not a big fan of water. So I usually add a packet of some sort to add flavor to it. Drinking 100% fruit or vegetable juice is a great way to drink your nutrition instead of drinking calories. Hollywood Organic Carrot Juice sounds icky but it is great. It gives you 270% of your daily value in vitamin A for the day. Vitamin A is a key immune boosting nutrient that can fight off germs and viruses. So if you feel a cold coming on have a class of carrot juice it will make you feeling better in no time.

Snacks are a great way through the day of not over eating, just a little snack of something healthy with keep you and your body happy. Fruit, nuts, and cheeses are my favorite snacks. They are little and can be easily carried around. I discovered a great cheese in the store one day. Kraft LiveActive Mozzarella Cheese Sticks, another probiotic choice in foods. Plus these little sticks fill you up, taste great, and our only 80 calories. Plus you also 20% of your daily calcium and 10% of your daily protein from this little stick. I love it, its comes in individual packages I can take anywhere.

For lunch soup is a filling and healthy way to go. You can find many soups with less sodium and half the calories. As long as you stay away from the creamy soups, soup is the way to go. My favorite for the moment Imagine Bistro Organic Cuban Black Bean Bisque its full of onions, garlic, and peppers. One cup is only 170 calories six grams of fiber and eight grams of protein. Since it is made with organic vegetable there are vitamins galore in this.

For dinner fish or a lean protein is the way to go. A vegetable or two to fill up the plate and you are on your way to a healthy happy meal.

On quickly to the best part dessert. Yes a dessert is possible and you can stay eat it without worries. Something frozen how bout Skinny Cow dessert bars they are a few calories and so delicious. All Nature Sunny Seed Drops are chocolate covered sun flower seeds, yes I said chocolate covered sunflower seeds! Sunflower seeds are packed with protein , fiber, and vitamin E.

So I hope this helps you pick some smart stuff next time your at the grocery store. It promise you it will help you lose weight and get healthy without even realizing it.
