How to Show Your MySpace Friends You Really Love (Or Like) Them!

There is a nifty little program on MySpace called Own Your Friends where you can basically buy your friends with money you earn. I'm going to show you a little about this program in this tutorial.

If you're logged into MySpace go here or you can click and login: http://www.myspace.com/own_your_friends. Click Add This App and then when the install box pops up click Add App. Ok, you have the program. Now what?

When you go to your profile you should see the Own Your Friends control panel with "Home", "Buy Friends"," Invite Friends", and "More Money". You start off with $12,000 cash and you are worth $500. Your worth will increase when people buy you and then get outbid so it depends on how popular you are. You can buy friends or even celebrities but expect to pay a lot!

You can get cash by doing different things like installing "Mobsters". You get $2,000 for installing the game and $8,000 for getting to level 5 for a total $10,000. If you install the "Outworld" game you can get $2,000 and if you get to level 5 $8,000 for a total of $10,000. These two offers can be seen under the "More Money" button. Confirming your email will also get you a quick $10,000.

Under "Invite Friends" you can send a bulletin so they will join you and download the app or you can just send invites.

Under "Buy Friends" you can actually buy your friends. You can see their worth and the amount of cash they currently have. Tom costs a whopping $143,534,115 so good luck with buying him. The more friends you have the more money you will need or you might just want to show some friends they are special by splurging on them. It's up to you! When you are bought you get half of the cash, so that is another way to build up your stockpile.

Under "Home" you can see who owns you or who bought you and you can see who you bought under "Pets". People that you buy with your cash are called "Pets" and from now on you have your own MySpace pet list. When someone steals, excuse me, buys your pets from you half of the cash they spent will go into your cash. You can also sell your pets but why would you do such a thing. Huh?!

Another fun thing you can do is actually change your pets' status messages. So get out there and have some fun.
