How to Use a Silicone Baking Pan
Silicone Baking Pans and Molds Are Easy to Use and Ensure Baked Goods Come Out Easily
Grease the pan using vegetable oil and a pastry brush or a non-stick cooking spray. Spread the greasing agent well so that no food sticks to the pan.Pour the batter made from your recipe into the pan. Or shape your cookie dough to place on the silicone cookie sheet.
Spread the batter evenly for uniform baking. Use a metal cookie sheet below silicone baking molds to hold the pan properly because silicone molds are highly flexible and pliable. This will also ensure that you can remove the hot baked product easily without spilling or burning yourself.
Bake the product according to the recipe instructions. Allow the pan to cool for 5 minutes and remove from oven. Unmold the baked product from the silicone mold. Since silicone is pliable, you can even peel away the mold from the baked product.
