Can we do some of these treatments ourselves, at home. Sure we could, but who has that kind of time, money, and privacy at home? How many of us could acheive the same results?
Well, what if it only took 5 minutes a day in the shower, to make your skin look like you were just at the spa? Willing to give it a chance now? I bet you are!
Spas use moisture rich emollients in their treatments. Emollients increase the skin's ability to hold water, provide a layer of oil to prevent water loss, and lubricate the skin.
One emollient in particular is available at almost any store for under $5 a bottle. It lasts for quite a while, is safe for all skin types and conditions, and only takes 5 minutes to apply. Oh, and you have probably already used it on yourself, or your children.
Yes, that's right! Baby oil! Baby oil is the best, most common emollient rich product available. It will give you the soft, luxurious, baby smooth skin you desire for less than any spa treatment.
Take a hot shower every day, as hot as you can stand it. This will relax your body and mind, and relieve any tension in your muscles. Step out of water stream and saturate a washcloth in baby oil. Gently rub the washcloth all over your body. If you have any extremely dry, flaky, spots on your skin make sure they are coated well. Don't forget your face and neck!
Once your body is coated in baby oil, stand back under the hot shower for 1 minute then get out. The best way to dry your skin would be to let it air dry. If you have the time and house to yourself walk around and let the oil and water absorb into your skin. If not, very gently pat your skin dry.
After the first time you'll notice a difference. By the end of 7 days, your skin will feel great! Imagine how good it will look and feel when you do it every day!
Everybody will wonder how you afford to make your skin look younger, clearer, smoother, and softer but, it can be your little secret that you pay next to nothing and spend only 5 minutes a day for you sexy new skin!
