Before working on getting your six pack abs your want to be sure you are physically fit. Any extra body fat around your tummy will hide your muscle tone. You can read my other how to on easy and fast weight loss in order to obtain the information needed to do so before working on your six pack abs.
In order to obtain a six pack you need to gain lots of muscle in your abdominal area. Start by working on some of these exercises I have listed below. If you have no muscle or strength start off slow, Do about 15-25 of each. Add on about 5-10 more of each everyday. If you do to many you will stress out yourself, Your muscles, & Become sore. Most of all you will become unmotivated to exercise everyday.
Start off with the Basic Crunch (Lie on the floor then cross your arms on the front of your chest. Bend your knees up as far as they go. Now you are positioned to raise your upper torso towards your knees, using your abdominal muscles.) Also do Leg Lift Crunches (Lie on the floor flat with your arms to your side. Then lift your legs using your abdominal muscles.)
Now work on static holds (Get into the push-up position and rest your weight on your forearms. Keep your entire body in a straight line while holding the position for 75 Seconds.)If that's to long for you remember to start off slower and work your way up.
Scientifically proven, the best exercise for getting a six pack is the bicycle maneuver. This exercise uses the most abdominal muscle activity. What you will do is (Lie on the floor taking your hands up to your head behind your ears. Then lift up your legs keeping your knees at a 45 degree angle and start creating a bicycle peddling motion with them while touching your elbow to your opposite knee. These exercises can be tricky at first but in the end your six pack will be well worth it.
