Many people simply don't have the time to exercise, but everyone needs to look good. If not for yourself, for the job! If you want to get skinny without exercise, there are a few things you can do to help the process along. Getting skinny should be a priority not only for looks, but also for health. So here's how to get skinny without exercise.
  1. To get skinny without exercise, cleanse your body often. This means clear liquids like water, tea, and even the occasional Sprite (works wonders on colds). The goal is to clean out all the excess buildup we obtain when we eat meats and breathe in dirty air.

  2. If you have pounds around the middle that won't go away no matter what, you may want to consider an enema, or a nutritional supplement especially designed to clean out those excess foods and gunk previously mentioned in step 1. It can melt pounds away.

  3. After steps 1 and 2, you will want to work to speed up your metabolism to get skinny without exercise. Eat small meals often throughout the day instead of big meals. This will send your body into release mode rather than hibernation.

  4. After your speed up your metabolism, the last step to get skinny without exercise is to stay away from all but healthy fats. Omega 3s and the fats in fish oils are great. The trans fats loaded into the calories of those Twinkies are not.
